All Astridi jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all certificates included. Custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
Email us at clientcare@astridi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a pre-paid return label.
Place the jewelry in its original gift box, include all certificates and paperwork, and seal securely in the outer packaging provided.
We will arrange a free courier pickup from your address within 48 hours of your return request being confirmed.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

14-day return window. Certificate must be included. Subject to inspection for any damage or alteration.
Non-returnable. We encourage an appointment to discuss your requirements before commissioning a custom piece.
