How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired piece, choose your size if applicable, and click 'Add to Shopping Bag'. Proceed through checkout to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery for orders within India.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our client care team immediately at clientcare@astridi.com.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within India takes 7–14 business days. Express delivery (3–5 business days) is available for select pincodes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping is available on all orders above ₹50,000. Orders below this threshold carry a flat fee of ₹499.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
How is my jewelry packaged?
Every Astridi piece is delivered in our signature gift box with a certificate of authenticity, care card, and complimentary gift wrapping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our team at clientcare@astridi.com with your order number. We will arrange a free pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Can I exchange a piece for a different size?
Yes, exchanges for size adjustments are complimentary within 30 days. Some pieces may require additional crafting time.
Product & Customisation
Do your pieces come with a certificate?
All diamond jewelry and loose stones above 0.30 carats are accompanied by a GIA or IGI certificate. Other pieces include an Astridi certificate of authenticity.
Can I customise or engrave a piece?
Absolutely. We offer engraving, stone substitutions, metal choice changes, and fully custom design commissions. Book an appointment or contact us to discuss your vision.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store each piece separately in its pouch, avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Professional cleaning is available at our boutique.
What is the warranty on Astridi jewelry?
All pieces carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in craftsmanship. Normal wear, damage, or lost stones are not covered.
